Our Philosophy
We focus on delivering a client-centric, eric jane band 1 goal-oriented, results-driven model with strict consistency and attention to detail. We believe that training should be insanely enjoyable while delivering insane results. Our success has come from blending cutting edge science, evidence-based practices, and logic while customizing programming to each client’s wants, needs, and disposition.

Locations:

Within New York City, sessions are conducted wherever you are. We come to you, work one-on-one, and provide any necessary equipment. The majority of the sessions we perform are held in-home or within in-building gyms. For those who prefer a health club/personal training studio atmosphere, there are many private personal training studios where sessions can be held (additional facility usage fees typically apply).

Training Packages:

10 sessions: $1400
20 sessions: $2600
40 sessions: $4800

Single Session: $150

Movement Analysis: $150
Includes Functional Movement Screen, Range of Motion Assessment, Primary Patterns Analysis, Postural Analysis, and Muscle Testing.

The Movement Analysis is complimentary with any training package.
